There’s a moment in every empty landscape where scale stops making sense — and that’s the moment this project lives in. Set across the dunes of Maspalomas as day gives way to dusk, the story follows a single figure moving through a terrain that offers no reference points, no edges, nothing to measure yourself against. It’s less a location than a state of mind.

The intent was never to document the dunes — it was to use them. Their vastness becomes a mirror for something more internal: isolation that isn’t lonely, stillness that isn’t passive. Every frame is built around distance and restraint, letting the emptiness carry the weight rather than filling it. The palette shifts with the hour, warm sand bleeding into cool dusk, echoing the quiet turn from presence to disappearance.
